Direct Download products are delivered through the customer account and protected Licence Hub download routes after entitlement checks pass.
There are no physical delivery charges for Direct Download software. App Store delivery is handled by Apple. Purchase-order fulfilment follows the agreed invoice/procurement route.
Release pages show product description, version, release channel, supported macOS information where available, SHA-256 integrity record, notarization status, and support status before download.

Customers receive contract confirmation as soon as possible after ordering and no later than when digital content is made available for download.
The confirmation includes the pre-contract information, plan, price, payment route, licence period, digital-download consent state, cancellation information, and a copy of the terms in a durable format such as email.
Refunds, cancellation handling, renewals, licence state, and eligible downloads remain visible from the account area where the provider and account route support it.
